Currently we have the following rate limits:
- 20 concurrent TCP connections per IP address
- 30 new TCP connections per IP address per minute
- After 10 failed TLS handshakes within 120 seconds we block the IP address for 5 minutes
The minimum required TLS version is 1.2.
