I think you can “cheat” in a way and add CNAME records pointing to your certificate issuer’s TLSA (or something like that)

For Let’s Encrypt you could add a CNAME record as follows:
Name: _443._tcp
Data: _letsencrypt.tlsa.is.

…and I forgot to mention that you’d need DNSSEC support from dynv6 (about which I’ve already created a post) in order to get DANE fully validated
